This event space had seven rooms and the hallway/lobby area that all needed sound and video requirements. Each room needed to have the ability to display and hear independently from each other as well at times display and hear the same feeds in multiple rooms/areas. A custom control layout was designed to run on iPads so the event team could easily control inputs, feeds, volume, microphones and more.
